With 100 direct employees and 200 Amish builders and finishers, AFC manufactures solid wood residential furniture. Each month, AFC sells over 12,000 pieces of furniture through 600 furniture retailers across the United States.
With encouragement from Catholic Business Network presenters, Legatus, Fr. Nathan Cromly, and various mentors in our local Catholic community, AFC has established itself as a family-run business with the Catholic faith guiding each business decision.
In his presentation “Bringing your Christian Faith Into Your Business," Pat will discuss his experience building a Christian culture that has impacted the families of his employees, proven to be a vital tool when dealing with suppliers from other countries and the Amish community in Northern Indiana, and become his company's greatest competitive advantage.
Pat is a graduate of St. Francis de Sales and the University of Toledo. He and his wife, Patti Savage-McNamara, are members of St. Joan of Arc. They have five children and four grandkids.
