Our prayers go out to those who perished, their families, and untold numbers of people who were injured and suffered devastation wrought by Hurricane Helene. Hundreds are reported dead and many more remain missing in the aftermath of record-level rainfall and flooding that destroyed homes and entire communities along a 600-mile path across six states.
