Find Your Passions
Volunteering can always be rewarding, but you’ll find it even more fulfilling if you commit your time to something you’re truly passionate about. Take the time to research organizations that are helping make a difference for causes near and dear to your heart.
If you don’t have an organization you feel passionate about, have no fear! Just dip your toe into volunteering. Just because you volunteer once doesn’t mean you’re locked in for life. Volunteering for different organizations and causes will help you truly find your passion.

- Clean Up Litter in the Community

- Collect Non-Perishable Food Items for our Helping Hands or HOPE Pantries
- Mow Someone Else’s Lawn (With Their Permission, Of Course!)

Take it to the Next Level
If you’ve been regularly volunteering but have yet to lead an effort, consider Global Volunteer Month as your sign to kick it up a notch. Sign up to lead an effort at your favorite organization. This could include managing a crew of your own, or simply heading up a new project for the organization that needs an experienced volunteer.
