"Each child is created in the special image and likeness of God for greater things — to love and to be loved." ~ Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta

Respect Life Ministries

Catholic Charities Office for Life & Justice works to build a culture of life in the Diocese of Toledo through events and ministries that span our 19-county diocese. The Office of Life works to increase awareness of the dignity of human life by supporting parish Respect Life groups, providing presentations on Respect Life issues, and publishing a bi-weekly Respect Life e-newsletter with local and national news and events. Staff also provide training to those interested in sidewalk ministry to women outside abortion clinics.

A number of parishes have Respect Life groups that meet regularly to pray, discuss pro-life issues and plan local events. To find a group or start one at your parish, please contact Kevin Jorrey at (419) 214-4933.
