Crisis Navigation Services
Our Crisis Navigators help families and individuals in the Diocese of Toledo who are struggling to manage finances, pay bills or maintain a suitable residence. Our dedicated and caring crisis navigators in Erie, Huron, Lucas, Richland, and Williams Counties provide referrals to resources if available in your county.
Erie County residents, please call our Sandusky office at 419-502-2548. Qualifying Erie County residents may receive case management and furniture assistance.
Huron County residents, please call our Norwalk office at 419-668-3073. Qualifying Huron County residents may receive case management, housing, homelessness prevention, rent assistance, transportation assistance, and health-related needs.
Lucas County residents, please call our Toledo office at 419-691-0613, ext. 4104. Qualifying Lucas County residents may receive case management, housing, homelessness prevention, transportation assistance, and health-related needs.
Richland County residents, please call our Mansfield office at 419-524-0733. Qualifying Richland County residents may receive case management, financial assistance with rent or mortgage payments, medical bills, prescription costs, and other health-related needs.
Williams County residents, please call our Bryan office at 419-636-1044, ext. 135. Qualifying Williams County residents may receive financial assistance with rent or mortgage payments, medical bills, prescription costs and other health related needs.
