Crisis Navigation Services
Our Crisis Navigators help families and individuals in the Diocese of Toledo who are struggling to manage finances, pay bills or maintain a suitable residence. Our dedicated crisis navigators in Richland, Huron, Erie, Lucas and Williams Counties provide referrals and resources when available.
Qualifying Richland County residents may receive financial assistance with rent or mortgage payments, medical bills or prescription costs. Richland County residents, please call our Mansfield office at 419-524-0733.
Huron County residents may be eligible to receive assistance with transportation, housing, homeless prevention, rent assistance, case management, or health-related needs. Huron County residents, please call our Norwalk office at 419-668-3073.
Erie, Lucas and Williams County residents will receive intensive case management with the Crisis Navigator at our Sandusky, Toledo and Bryan, Ohio offices. A required Life Skills workshop provides clients with information on budgeting, identity theft, credit reporting, payday lending and other useful information to help in making informed decisions about financial issues.
