The Catholic Business Network (CBN), a ministry of Catholic Charities Diocese of Toledo, welcomes people of all faiths and backgrounds. Everyone is invited to join us—whether you’re working, looking for work, retired, or enjoying semi-retirement.
Join us for our next free-will offering breakfast/networking event on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Saint John XXIII, Perrysburg, OH. Our speaker will be Brad Pierron, the Director of Mission Awareness at Damascus, a Catholic missionary movement that helps as many people as possible encounter Jesus through camps, retreats, and events.

As a founding missionary at Damascus, and as the architect of their missionary programs, Brad has brought his entrepreneurial spirit into everything he's done with Damascus – seeing Damascus grow from under 10 full-time missionaries, serving just over 1,000 young people annually, to over 150 full-time missionaries, serving right around 20,000 young people annually, in the last 10 years.
In addition to being a part of the Leadership Team at Damascus, Brad hosts a national radio show and podcast – Beyond Damascus, soon to become The Damascus Podcast – and speaks to thousands every year.
He holds an MBA, focused on Organizational Leadership, from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and he lives in Central Ohio with his lovely wife, Nina, and his 2-year-old daughter, Eliza.
The Catholic Business Network's mission is to engage and empower Northwest Ohio business leaders and professionals to promote Catholic values in the workplace. The CBN ministry's key goals are to:
+ Promote spiritual growth and moral courage in the workplace;
+ Advance and serve Christ and His Church teachings through sharing personal experiences, educational materials, and inspiring speakers;
+ Share ways to live the Catholic faith through business practices, relationships with all workplace stakeholders, and community service;
+ Welcome people of all faiths, who seek to learn and advance Catholic morality, values, and ethics; and
+ Facilitate opportunities for business and career networking.
