The Catholic Business Network (CBN), a ministry of Catholic Charities Diocese of Toledo, welcomes people of all faiths and backgrounds. Everyone is invited to join us—whether you’re working, looking for work, retired, or enjoying semi-retirement.

Join us for our next free-will offering breakfast/networking event on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Saint John XXIII, Perrysburg, OH. Our speaker will be Rachel Herbeck, Director of Young Adult Discipleship for Renewal Ministries and host of Burning Hearts, a daily podcast and radio program.

SPEAKER BIO:

Rachel Herbeck is the Director of Young Adult Discipleship for Renewal Ministries. She received her BA in Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She has worked extensively in youth ministry and she speaks to youth and young adults at retreats, conferences, and events in the United States and Canada. Rachel is passionate about life issues and has worked for multiple pro-life and political organizations both in Minnesota and Washington, DC.

Before joining the id team, she worked for the Minnesota Catholic Conference, where she did outreach and lobbied on behalf of the Catholic Bishops of Minnesota. She currently resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

CBN MISSION/GOALS:

The Catholic Business Network's mission is to engage and empower Northwest Ohio business leaders and professionals to promote Catholic values in the workplace. The CBN ministry's key goals are to:

+ Promote spiritual growth and moral courage in the workplace;

+ Advance and serve Christ and His Church teachings through sharing personal experiences, educational materials, and inspiring speakers;

+ Share ways to live the Catholic faith through business practices, relationships with all workplace stakeholders, and community service;

+ Welcome people of all faiths, who seek to learn and advance Catholic morality, values, and ethics; and

+ Facilitate opportunities for business and career networking.
