TOLEDO—This year, Helping Hands of St. Louis is hosting their 7th Annual Shoe Fest as a Drive-Up Walk-Up event due to Covid-19 Saturday, August 1, from 9 a.m. - Noon at 443 Sixth St., Toledo, OH.
