 annual Mass and Century Farm Awards presentation is an awesome opportunity
  for Bishop Daniel Thomas to recognize Catholic family farms throughout ou
 r Diocese that have been operating for 100 years or more\,” said Rodney Sc
 huster\, executive director of Catholic Charities Diocese of Toledo. “It o
 ften brings multi-generation family members together in celebration of the
 ir farms.”\n\nThe annual event also includes a visit by Bishop Thomas to a
  family farm\, offering an opportunity for him to personally celebrate the
  witness of Catholic farmers and the blessings they bring to the Diocese.

  Catholic farmers\,” Bishop Thomas said following a previous Mass for Farm
 ers and Century Farm Awards celebration.\n\nCatholic Charities invites eli
 gible families to submit applications for the 2026 Century Farm Awards. Ca
 tholic families who have maintained a working farm or homestead for a cent
 ury or more are encouraged to participate in this special recognition of t
 heir legacy and commitment.\n\nApplicants must submit a registration form\
 , copies of old deeds\, and pictures to support claims. The information su
 bmitted must show family residence and ownership of a farm for at least 10
