 icated his life to building and leading J.T.M. Food Group\, a family-owned
  business founded in 1980. Starting in the 1960s with Maas Brothers Meats\
 , the company evolved into a nationally recognized food manufacturer servi
 ng foodservice\, schools\, military\, and retail markets.\n\nUnder Tony’s 
 leadership as President and CEO since 1988\, J.T.M. has grown from $8 mill
 ion in annual sales to over $410 million in 2025\, producing hundreds of m
 illions of pounds of kettle-cooked products. His vision has driven major e
 xpansions\, including state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution faci
 lities\, and earned him the Carl H. Lindner Award for Entrepreneurship and
  Civic Duty.\n\nBeyond business\, Tony and his wife Barb have been married
  for 45 years and are proud parents of five children and grandparents to t
 welve. Rooted in Catholic values passed down through generations\, Tony in
 tegrates faith into both his personal life and business practices.\n\nJ.T.
 M. openly acknowledges its Catholic identity\, tithes company profits to m
 inistries\, and supports initiatives like Ruah Woods Institute\, which Ton
 y founded to promote Theology of the Body education. His commitment to fai
