 ound the world.\n\nIn April 2023\, Sister Norma was awarded the Spirit of 
 Francis Award by Catholic Extensions in Rome\, Italy for her humanitarian 
 efforts in the Rio Grande Valley. Recently\, Pope Francis also sent her a 
 video message encouraging her and all volunteers to continue their work an
 d efforts along the border.\n\nCatholic Charities Diocese of Toledo’s hour
